The manager in the instructional design group in OptionSix, LLC. asked me to design three large scale posters tracking progress for two projects. She wanted the posters to be in the main meeting room so that everyone can see progress. Also the posters should be fun and motivating for the group members with considerations of team dynamics: one project team has mostly guys who are developers, while the other team is almost the opposite--team members of which are content editors.

After some brainstorming and sketching, I got the final two concepts, Tetris and Fish Bubbles, printed and put on the wall, so that they can fill in the blocks and bubbles with markers or color stickers to track progress. They loved it!
